I design the systems that help people learn, work, and tell stories better, training programs, product workflows, and films, and I use AI as a working tool in all three. Over 15 years I've led learning and development, product management, and marketing programs across IT, infosec, healthcare, manufacturing, and transit, and spent nights and weekends producing independent film and video.

Right now that means three things: building AI-enabled training and content systems for organizations, leading product and program work end to end, and producing The Downing Cut, a podcast and channel for indie filmmakers.
