Across a span of twenty years, I have cultivated a wealth of expertise spanning fitness, technology, graphic design, instructional design, video production, and leadership.

Having obtained a Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University, I am dedicated to infusing DEI insights into the trajectory of my career. My versatility is exemplified by my adeptness in navigating diverse sectors such as Mutual Insurance, Medical Software, Mass Transit, AWS, and Aerospace.

My roles have encompassed a spectrum ranging from technical facilitation to instructional design, graphic design, UI responsibilities, people leadership, workforce development, and project management. I've spearheaded initiatives in research, business development, and software lifecycle enhancements, culminating in the effective program management. My ability to stay curious, alongside my positions within organizations, underscore my acumen in program development, project management and people leadership. I’ve actively contributed to Community of Practice networks and served on the e-learning Advisory Committee, diverse committees while promoting accessibility, inclusion and engagement.

My unwavering commitment to perpetual learning is manifest in my journey starting as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, progressing through training and development certifications, achieving DEI certification, landing on my PMP certification, Consultant and Trainer for DISC certification, and aspirations for an MBA certification from Augment.org. These endeavors collectively reflect my steadfast dedication to curating a portfolio anchored in management and strategic leadership, allowing me to grow personally and professionally.

From a personal perspective, I find immense satisfaction in spearheading, crafting, and penning cinematic endeavors. The art of cinematography fascinates me, allowing me to sculpt fresh viewpoints through the lens, ultimately weaving captivating narratives on the screen. At present, I'm fully immersed in the production of an upcoming series, "Footprints to BluePrints," while also actively engaging in the film festival circuit for my previous projects, “Cozen” and "Pyrocene."
